Administrative Support
The Scottish Ambulance College enjoys administrative support comparable with a College of further education. Facilities include; copy typing, audio typing, photocopying, facsimile, use of telephones, Email and access to the Internet. Any service not listed can be facilitated if given adequate notice.
Teaching Development Facilities
There are four, fully equipped, training/meeting rooms complemented by ample syndicate rooms. Further conference and training facilities for up to 200 delegates are also available.
Our audio-visual equipment is state of the art and includes:

- Stills camera
Computers which can operate professional presentation packages and generate acetates and slides Each classroom is well stocked with whiteboards and flipcharts and can be configured to suit any teaching requirement. Our Audio-visual Technician is available to delegates to assist, and develop course presentations.
Study Facilities
The Scottish Ambulance college has a well-stocked library with a wide variety of up-to-date management books and reference material. We also have free access to libraries at the Development Group and Napier University, both based in Edinburgh - approximately 20 minutes travel from the College. The College also has a Computer Training Suite which all delegates would have access to.
Accessibility for Tutor/Consultants for Personal Coaching
Course Tutors will be available to students in the early evening on the day of their presentation and the students may access the Tutors at any other time during the duration of the course by contacting any of the Course Directors who will be residential. |
