The Scottish Ambulance Service wants to ensure that everyone in Scotland can access its services and that the service they receive meets their needs. By allowing us to consult with you on issues that affect the Service, you can help us learn and understand more about the needs of individuals and groups who make up the diverse and multi cultural population of Scotland.

The Service recognises that individuals and groups face physical, cultural, linguistic, financial and social barriers to their full participation in the community. It recognises the way in which community engagement is planned and carried out will determine whether such barriers are overcome and whether everyone in a community gets a fair chance to have their voice heard.
